Job description

• Leading on pitches and client presentations
• Working above the AM to formulate marketing and campaign strategies
• Working with the AM team to ensure everything is delivered on deadline and creating new innovative ways that the team work
• Create and execute media plans from start to finish
• Lead and develop the younger members of the team, be a motivator!
• Full client servicing including attending meetings, development of budgets and increasing sales with existing clients
• Trading with media owners and upselling to clients along with developing new business opportunities
• To be able to represent the business on all levels externally
• Manage budgets and targets that ensure the business is achieving and hitting said targets.

The Package

• Must of worked at agency or media owner for a minimum of 5 years at mid to senior management level
• An in-depth understanding of the media landscape across all channels
• Excellent communication skills internally and externally
• Strong problem solving skills and be able to think out of the box
• Leadership skills to help develop younger less qualified team members
• Fantastic time management skills
• Completer finisher, self motivator, excellent communicator
• Be able to upsell and trade to maximise profitability for the business
• Create media plans and deliver them fully
• Audience insight planning tools knowledge
• Extremely confident at client pitches and presentations
