Samantha Smith named IPA City Head for Bristol, the South West & Wales

Sam is MD at April Six (Mobility)

Samantha Smith, MD at April Six (Mobility), has been appointed as the new IPA City Head for Bristol, the South West & Wales. Sam succeeds James Ray in the role.

As City Head, Sam will serve as a figurehead and voice for the industry in the South West and Wales, championing the outstanding talent in the advertising community and driving collaboration, thought leadership and engagement. She will also work closely with other IPA City Heads and Chair for England & Wales, James Ray, on wider industry issues and IPA initiatives.

Sam Smith biography:

Sam has approaching 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Originally client-side in financial services she made the switch to agency client services 20 years ago and has never looked back. The last five years as Managing Director of April Six (Mobility), in Bournemouth, part of The MISSION Group. Sam has great passion for amazing work, but her dedication lies in building long-standing, successful client relationships. Both require her focus in ensuring the agency’s professional reputation by attracting the right talent and implementing an agency culture that enables the team to flourish, reach their individual aspirations, and deliver and exceed client expectations.
