The IPA is celebrating the 28 agencies that have achieved CPD Gold Accreditation for their outstanding professional development programmes, and investment in the professional development and wellbeing of their employees throughout 2025.
CPD Gold agencies continue to prove beyond doubt that investment in learning and development is a business imperative that pays back many times over, with some outstanding examples of CPD culture, innovation and effectiveness. On average, the CPD Gold agencies earned an impressive £7.64 return on every £1 invested in learning and development in 2025, retained 92% of clients, and saved £201,100 on staffing costs with an average voluntary staff turnover of just 13.5%. This compares to an industry-wide figure of 17.1% reported in the 2025 IPA Agency Census.

MG OMD has achieved CPD Gold for 15 years in a row, and The Kite Factory for ten years in a row, while JAA Media have achieved CPD Gold for the first time.
Twenty-one agencies also achieved CPD Platinum Accreditation for sustained CPD excellence, by earning CPD Gold at least four times over a five-year period.
