The Agency

St Luke’s is a top 25 independent creative agency, based in Covent Garden.

We’re proud to have been shortlisted four years in a row for Campaign’s Agency of the Year, be in Campaign’s best place to work list seven years in a row; and named as one of the top 15 influential agencies of all time. We are one of only a handful of creative agencies to receive the IPA’s CPD platinum accreditation for years, a reflection of the importance we place on learning and development within the agency. And in the last 18 months we have won a string of creative awards from the likes of Creative Circle, the Andy’s, D&AD, FAB, Campaign Big and the One Show.

We believe that the brands that set the agenda, are the ones that get all the attention and success in their category. For each of our brands we create an Agenda Setting Idea – the idea that defines not just the communications but guides brand behaviour across every touchpoint. We are big believers in creating rich and distinctive brand worlds to ensure maximum visibility of the brand.

The founding philosophy of the agency is that every voice counts. Everyone is encouraged to participate, give their views, and add to the culture. And all our client relationships are built on honesty, transparency and true collaboration.

The approach we take is intelligent, joined up and channel neutral. As owner managers, you will find us working in a hands-on way with our clients, combining our many years of experience with some of the most talented young people in the industry today. As a testament to our approach our biggest clients are giving us more and more brands to work on.

We’ve worked hard to develop our hybrid working model, with at least three days in office a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), which we have found to work seamlessly and productively for everyone.
