IPA iList

A programme to celebrate the role models who are changing our industry for the better, from the work we create to the way we work together.

Individuals and organisations benefit from strength and difference. We need people in our industry championing inclusivity at every level and from every background.

It doesn’t matter what level a person works at. If they’re doing something that fosters and nurtures more inclusivity, whether that’s in the way they work or the actual work they produce, this is the moment to nominate them. It can be a colleague, a supplier, it can be yourself.

The iList honours bold thinkers, inclusive leaders and unsung changemakers who are rewriting the rules and lifting others as they rise. Nominate yourself. Nominate someone else. Just don’t let the story go untold. Because every voice deserves to be seen, heard and valued

The application form will be open by 3 November 2025, until then you can register your interest and we will let you know when you are able to submit your entry. 

 

Key dates

  • 3 November 2025: iList nomination form opens for entries.
  • 16 January 2026: Submission window closes.
  • w/c 23 February 2026: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a team of judges.
  • 29 April 2026: Final iList will be announced.
