IPA Talent & Diversity Conference 2025 (in-person)

Let's talk talent

Join us for our half day conference where experts (from both in and outside of our industry) share tried and tested solutions, take part in thought provoking debates and reveal insight into how to do things better.

The theme for this year’s IPA Talent and Diversity conference is 'Unity – moving everyone forward'. We have an ambition to move away from divisive, polarising arguments relating to talent and diversity and instead, centre conversations around tangible actions we can take to move everyone forward.

This is our opportunity to come together as one to:

  • Recognise the place advertising has in wider culture
  • Unpick the big issues facing the industry right now
  • Move beyond awareness of the issues into action

Book your tickets now to join us on 30 April 2025 for the latest advice, insights, and inspiration - virtual tickets are also available.
