Graphic Designer

Job description

To join our team, we are looking for a Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be working across a range of clients from the public and private sector. Your role would entail conceptualising and developing ideas which can translate into a fully integrated campaign, turning your design ideas to everything from social media, print, outdoor, blogs and websites. You would need to show evidence of the following:

• The ability to ideate, conceptualise and visualise design ideas relevant
to the brief
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Logic, creativity and imagination
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organisational skills
• Confidence, enthusiasm and determination
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Resilience to accept criticism of your work
• Good research skills
• Understanding of ethnic communities in the UK.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Must be trained in design/fine arts
• 5+ years’ design experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio
• Must have exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite software
applications such as In-design/ Illustrator / Photoshop / Dreamweaver
• Must be able to create engaging content for social media platforms in
all formats i.e., blogs, GIFs, static posts etc.
• Must design to provoke and inspire and set the bar high - to lead, not
follow.
• Must have the ability to interpret and decode the brief
• Can think independently and is confident to offer up solutions to
complex client requirements
• Must be resourceful and imaginative
• Digital design experience is preferred
